Fees charged by members

An agreed sum of money is required before the commencement of a project.

AAGRA provides a unique network of record agents and genealogists accredited for their qualifications and career experience and adoption of a strict Code of Ethics.

Fees are charged on the basis of time spent and costs involved in handling the commission including:

  • analysis of the problems;
  • researching records;
  • assessing the results;
  • preparing reports and
  • payment of expenses incurred on behalf of the client.

An agreed sum of money is required before the commencement of a project. At the expiration of the advance it remains with the client to decide whether he or she wishes to continue.
